Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of TempMail Central. By using the service you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old.
1. The service
TempMail Central provides disposable, receive-only email inboxes that expire automatically — after 10 minutes by default, extendable to 1 hour or 24 hours without an account and up to 30 days with one — plus optional free accounts with permanent mailboxes and custom domain support. Addresses cannot send mail. The service is free and supported by advertising.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree to:
- comply with the laws that apply to you when using the service;
- respect the terms of other websites when using a disposable address with them;
- accept the temporary nature of the product: expired mail is unrecoverable, and you should not rely on the service for communication you cannot afford to lose;
- keep your account credentials to yourself and tell us about any compromise.
3. Prohibited activity
You may not use TempMail Central to:
- commit fraud, harassment, stalking, or any other illegal act;
- evade bans, sanctions, or restrictions imposed on you by other services;
- receive material that is unlawful to possess or distribute;
- interfere with the service — probing, scraping at abusive volume, denial-of-service, or attempting to access other users' data;
- claim service-operated addresses (reserved prefixes such as admin@, support@, contact@ on our domains) or impersonate the service;
- resell or misrepresent the service as your own.
We enforce these rules with rate limits, reserved address prefixes, and account bans, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Abuse can be reported through the contact page.
4. Accounts
- Registration requires a durable email address; known disposable addresses are declined, because accounts exist to keep mail beyond a temporary inbox's lifetime.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which removes your mailboxes and their contents.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable operation but make no availability guarantee. Mail can be delayed or lost; third-party websites may reject our domains; features, domains, and limits (such as inbox lifetime and message caps) may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any message will be delivered or retained.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost access — including mail that expired, was not delivered, or was deleted. For a free service, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time; deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access — including banning accounts and blocking traffic — where these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users. Sections 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent via the contact page or to [email protected] .
